Are you licensed?
Yes. We are licensed in the State of Florida.

Are you insured? Are you bonded?
Yes. We carry Commercial Liability and a Janitorial Bond.

What are your service areas?
We serve all of eastern Palm Beach County, Florida and surrounding areas. This would include Royal Palm Beach, Wellington, West Palm Beach, Delray Beach, Boca Raton, Deerfield Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Pompano Beach, and others

How will you clean when I am running my business?
Most all of our services will be provided to you after hours or on weekends and off days. It is most beneficial for you and us to clean when the location is vacant or mostly vacant. We are unable to provide cleaning services while being expected to work around day to day business operations. We must be able to work throughly and quickly without interference. Restrooms must be closed for cleaning, floors will be wet and slippery from mopping, and vacuums may drown out voices. We can work with you to arrange the best schedule possible to avoid any conflicts between cleaning and business operations.

What services do you offer?
We provide commercial cleaning or green cleaning oriented services and can also provide carpet cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, restroom sanitization, pressure washing and more. Please see the “Our Services” page of our website for more detail.

Who do you provide services to?
We work with property and office managers, realtors, residential builders, business owners and home owners to name a few.

Do you provide services to residential customers?
Yes! We offer continous or single cleaning sessions to deliver you a meticulous cleaning service for your home. If you are moving out or moving in, we can provide a one-time green cleaning of the property before the property exchanges hands also.

Do you supply the cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes. We have our own equipment and we use our own cleaning supplies. We do not provide consumables though (paper towels, hand soap, etc..) as part of our regular cleaning service. We can provide consumables if requested at an extra charge.

How do I get a quote for your services?
Just call us and we can schedule you for an appointment or fill out our quick contact form,  (blue button located in the top left corner that reads “contact”).

How does the process work?
After you schedule an appointment, we will come to your location to meet with you, take measurements or pictures, and do a quick evaluation of the site. We require very little of your time. If you only need a residential property serviced, then we will provide you with a quote sheet. For commercial property, we then take the information and create a proposal for you to include all the measurements and cleaning specifications. Most of the time, we can do this on site in our vehicle. You are presented with the proposal and can take as much time as you like to review it.

What is the difference between “estimate,” “quote” and “proposal?”
An estimate is a general “ball park” price that we think we could perfrom the work for. this price is not guaranteed. The “quote” is the actual cost we would be charging you for our services. This is guaranteed. The “proposal” is all the information we provide you such as building measurements and time estimates. The quote is included in the proposal. Full service proposals are typically ony issued for services on commercial properties.

Can I get a quote over the phone?
To provide you with the best service, we need to visit the service location for measurements and to evaluate the space. We can not provide an accurate quote without visiting the site. If you are not available, then we can still visit the location for the necessary information as long as building access is provided. Just let us know your schedule issues and we can work with you to get an appointment scheduled for a convenient time.

Do I have to sign a contract?
All of our customers must sign a Service Agreement which specifies the details both parties agree to. This agreement includes the price of the services to be rendered. The Service Agreement is for a period of 1 year. Any additional services requested by you after the initial service agreement will be drawn up on a seperate agreement.

Can I cancel the agreement?
YES. The agreement may be cancelled at any time with a minimum of Thirty (30) Days written notice. There are NO PENALTIES for early termination.

Do you have any hidden or additional fees?
We have no hidden fees. The Service Agreement will include the price of the cleaning service as quoted in a cleaning proposal. There is a late payment charge, a no access fee, a bounced check fee & an appointment cancellation fee. These fees are outlined in our Sales Manual & in the Service Agreement that may be presented to you.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash, Checks & Money Orders. We will be accepting credit cards shortly.

How do I pay my bill?
Just mail the check or money order to us at the address listed on your invoice. You may also wish to take advantage of an online bill payment service that may be offered through your bank. We only accept cash in person (do not mail) & a receipt will be provided.

Do the cleaners always come on the same day? At the same time?
Yes. We will work out a schedule for your cleanings when you intitally sign your sales agreement. We strive to maintain these schedules as closely as possible. However, there are times when the schedule may be deviated from due to weather, emergencies, holidays, etc.

What happens if a holiday falls on my scheduled cleaning day?
We can work with you on how you wish to re-schedule the cleaning. Typically, we just adjust the schedule to clean your location either the day before or the day after.

What holidays does CLEAN-O-RAMA close for?
We close for New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving, & Christmas.

What days do you work?
We are able to provide services 7 days per week if necessary to meet your scheduling needs.

How do you store my information?
All documents containing personal information are shredded before being put in the trash.

How do you store the keys / key cards / pass codes / alarm codes?
All the physical items are stored in a locking key safe whenever possible. Any pass codes or alarm codes are stored in the safe as well. All keys and codes are returned to you upon termination of the service agreement.

Can I trust the cleaners who are in my location after hours?
A criminal background check was performed on all of our employees. We do not offer positions to anyone without a clear criminal record. Our employees are also aware that many businesses have closed circuit video security systems installed. Furthermore, we constantly perform inspections on crews during their tours and we are bonded to cover a potential loss. Regardless of who you hire to provide cleaning services, you should always insist on criminal background checks.
